West Star Aviation Adds Scottsdale, AZ (KSDL) To List Of Satellite Operations

Secures Hangar Space For AOG Mobile Services

West Star Aviation is pleased to announce that the company has secured 3,700 sq. ft. of hangar space for satellite operations in Scottsdale, AZ at Scottsdale Airport, (SDL). West Star has also promoted Chad Adams to Satellite Manager for Scottsdale. Previously, Chad worked as a Global Program Manager at their GJT facility.

Satellite locations offer 24/7 on-call AOG Mobile service, along with limited aircraft maintenance and avionics repairs. When necessary, these locations can provide additional support to customers by utilizing resources from one of the four full-service MRO facilities located at East Alton, IL (ALN), Grand Junction, CO (GJT), Chattanooga, TN (CHA) and Perryville, MO (PCD).

"Our SDL satellite location will offer our customers on the West Coast easy access to inspections, AOG/MRT services, and we hope to grow to include maintenance and avionics capabilities as well. This expansion truly gives customers coast to coast options for maintenance on their aircraft," said Chad Adams, Satellite Manager.

"We are excited to provide AOG/MRT services to customers in and around the Scottsdale area. This location helps us ensure that our West Coast customers are getting world-class service and helping them get in the air as quickly as possible," said John Mansfield, Manager of Satellite Operations and Mobile Repair.

West Star Aviation specializes in the repair and maintenance of airframes, windows, and engines, as well as major modifications, avionics installation and repair, interior refurbishment, surplus avionics sales, accessory services, paint and parts.
