PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 345150N/0861000W OR THE ROCKET /RQZ/ VORTAC 078 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.6 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION. SAFETY OFFICER, RICHARD HADNAGY TELEPHONE 334-255-2660 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MEMPHIS /ZME/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 901-368-8234 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
