PURSUANT TO14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 401830N/1210036W OR THE CHICO /CIC/ VOR/DME 35 DEGREE RADIAL AT 49.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 402236N/1203912W OR THE CHICO /CIC/ VOR/DME 041 DEGREE RADIAL AT 65.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 400142N/1202406W OR THE CHICO /CIC/ VOR/DME 062 DEGREE RADIAL AT 68.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 400000N/1205642W OR THE CHICO /CIC/ VOR/DME 057 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43.5 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
