AeroSports Update: Bristell Introduces G3X Touch Glass Cockpit

The Bristell Airplanes, Already Noted For Their High-End Amenities, Offers The Garmin G3X As An Option

Bristell announced that it’s Bristell LSA and Bristell TDO aircraft are now available with Garmin’s G3X Touch integrated glass cockpit. Garmin’s large 10.6” touch screens provide flight, navigation, communication and situational awareness information in an easy to use package. With the addition of an auto-pilot, the Bristell has what they call, “Envelope Protection.” This provides G-limit load factor protection and over and under speed protection.

Bristell Aircraft’s Lou Mancuso stated “Garmin’s G3X touch package and envelope protection make a great aircraft even better. In conjunction with our specialized transition training covering LSA handling and defined go-around points, the addition of the Garmin electronic stability package builds on the safety philosophy that has existed in our company for 70 years”.

Bristell Aircraft are available in three main configurations. The Basic option is a single screen set-up utilizing the remote mounted radio, transponder and ADS-B-in solution. The Deluxe edition adds a second screen to the basic package. The Signature option adds a navigation radio training set-up. Other options include a panel mounted Garmin 796, Garmin GTN750 navigator, ADS-B-out, heated pitot tube and angle of attack indicator. An auto-pilot is available with all options.

Bristell Aircraft are designed specifically for the American Aviator, and according to Bristell, is backed by one of the longest standard warranty in its class.
