Aviation Supplies & Academics Releases Multi-Engine Oral Exam Guide

Ninth Edition Contains New & Expanded Content

The new 2024 Ninth Edition of the Multi-Engine Pilot Oral Exam Guide has been released in softcover, PDF, and Ebook formats as announced by the publisher, Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA).

The Ninth Edition, by Jason Blair based on the original text by Michael D. Hayes, is aligned with the Airman Certification Standards (ACS) and has been updated with new and expanded content on multi-engine operations, aerodynamics, aircraft systems, maneuvers, and engine-out procedures.

Checklists, briefing guidelines, and resources for understanding performance and limitations of aircraft, as well as minimum equipment lists make this book a comprehensive resource to prepare for the FAA Multi-Engine Land checkride.

The Oral Exam Guide book series by ASA is a great study tool for both students and instructors. Its question-and-answer format includes the most frequent questions examiners are likely to ask, and provides ready and appropriate responses. References to FAA materials are also provided for additional study.

The softcover version is 175 pages in black and white, 5.25 x 8.25 inches. The three versions are each priced at $19.95 and are available at FBOs, Pilot Shops, and online retailers.
