Wilson Air Center Makes Customer Service History

Three Times in a Row, It's Number One in Survey

OK -- people are starting to figure out that the award isn't a fluke -- Wilson Air Service must truly be something special.

The North American survey of FBOs run by Aviation International News has picked Wilson Air Center in Memphis (TN) as the #1 FBO. This is the third time in a row -- a record unmatched in the award's history.

Wilson proudly points out that it has some good reasons to be on top: the world's largest aircraft canopy, a top-notch pilot business center, and (dear to our hearts) a greatly-enhanced online presence.

That website, they figure, has really helped enhance their lead, and expand their presence. Dave Ivey, Wilson's VP, said, "We have had a very positive response from our customers on making htese services available online. Our website has become a direct pipeline to the services and events that are happening at Wilson Air Center."
