Air Service Vamdrup Joins the TBM Service Center Global Network

Daher-Socata Extends Its TBM Support To Scandinavia

Daher-Socata has named  Denmark’s Air Service Vamdrup ApS (ASV) as the latest member of the TBM Customer Support Network as an approved TBM Service Center.

ASV is an EASA Part 145 certified operation based at Kolding Vamdrup Airport (EKVD) in southern Denmark, and it recently opened a second facility at Eggenmoen Airport (ENEG) in Norway. With these resources, ASV is now able to serve TBM operators from northern Europe to Russia.

“Air Service Vamdrup becomes an important element of our network, serving customers in a region where we expect strong market development for the TBM very fast turboprop aircraft family – especially its newest member, the TBM 900,” said Nicolas Chabbert, Senior Vice President of Daher-Socata’s Airplane Business Unit. “I am confident is the first step for a growing business and collaboration between our two companies.”

Torben Biehl Jensen, the Business Development Director at Air Service Vamdrup, said his company shares the vital aviation quality values with Daher-Socata as the TBM’s manufacturer, including safety as a top priority that is never compromised, while also putting the emphasis on innovative, cost-effective, reliable and quality services.

“We are proud to have been selected by Daher-Socata in the Scandinavian region and look forward to being a part of the TBM Service Center network,” Jensen added. “The TBM family of turboprops is a wonderful aircraft product line, and we are happy to be able to serve TBM owners in our region.”
