MANUFACTURER: APEX Aircraft
SUBJECT: Airworthiness Directive 2008-13-32
SUMMARY: We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above.

This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product.

The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as: It has been determined that the currently used values for Arms of front and rear fuel tanks, and luggage compartment from the CAP 10B Airplane Flight Manuals(AFM), must be rectified. If left uncorrected, these weight and balance data could lead to erroneous determination of the location of the Center of Gravity (CG) and possibly cause operation with the CG outside the approved limits which may result in control difficulty.

We are issuing this AD to require actions to correct the unsafe condition on these products.
