The committee will be tasked with promoting the recruitment, training, education, employment, retention, career advancement, and overall well-being of women in the aviation industry as well as women in aviation-related or -focused civil service positions. Additionally the committee will work to continue the legacy of innovators like Bessie Coleman who transformed their disciplines within aviation.

Members will leverage their experiences and talents to develop innovative ideas and recommendations. Encouraging a diverse range of voices to contribute to the conversation but help drive the success of the committee.
