Western Aircraft Named Embraer Authorized Service Center

FAA Certified Repair Station Is Located In Boise, ID

Western Aircraft, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today that it has been signed as an Embraer Executive Jets Authorized Service Center for the full maintenance support of Phenom 100/300 and Legacy 450/500 aircraft and line maintenance for Legacy 600 and 650 aircraft.

“We are pleased to be part of the Embraer Authorized Service Facility network,” said Vice President and General Manager of Western Aircraft Austin Shontz. “Embraer seeks to provide its customers with an optimal level of support and we are delighted to now be among the choices for Embraer customers.”

The company is currently in the process of acquiring tooling and training for its employees and is expected to be serving Embraer customers by the end of September.

Western Aircraft, has been operating in Boise, Idaho for more than 60 years. It is an FAA certified aircraft repair station and AS9110 certified and can provide full-service support including routine inspection, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, as well as interior, avionics, Aircraft On Ground (AOG) and parts support. Additionally, it holds 45 manufacturer authorizations, including Rockwell Collins, Garmin and Honeywell products found on Embraer aircraft.
