Source: Radio conversation between Air National Guard Majors Kirk Pierce and Robert Balzano during a nighttime training mission after the latter reported to his instructor/wingman that he had accidentally discharged his 20mm cannon while using the trigger-mounted switch to turn on his laser sights. As a result, Balzano poured 27 rounds into the Egg Harbor Intermediate School in New Jersey. No one was hurt and there's no indication at this point what will happen to Balzano.
