ATP Launches NavigatorV

Helps GA Maintenance Organizations Improve Regulatory Information Management

Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP) has launched ATP NavigatorV, a regulatory information service that incorporates the advanced capabilities of a new software platform. ATP Navigator V improves maintenance organizations' ability to cut the cost and time associated with accessing and compiling regulatory data by introducing a streamlined user interface, simplified work flow, and robust functionality in conjunction with the industry s most complete and current collection of regulatory documents.

"Aviation maintenance organizations are quickly realizing that traditional systems simply are not enough to satisfy the growing need for productivity solutions on the maintenance floor," said Caroline Daniels, CEO of Aircraft Technical Publishers. "ATP is engaged head-on with the industry to deliver the next-generation tools these organizations will need to succeed."

Built on the Microsofft .Net platform, ATP Navigator V is well-positioned to meet the information technology demands of progressive maintenance organizations as well as the convergence of technical publications. maintenance tracking, and training-related services. ATP Navigator V was designed for easy utilization by all levels of software users, and does not require users to undertake a complex software installation or hardware investment.

ATP Navigator V has a user interface designed to enable easy access and compilation of regulatory information:

  • Customized "What's New" Report - Subscription-specific information linked to the currency of the last content update.
  • Simple Forms Organization - Access a library of blank electronic forms, add your own forms, enter your data, print and store in customized folders.
  • Versatile Document Management - Launch any type of document or web site hyperlink from within Navigator V.
  • Quick Document and Search Retrieval - The History Menu enables easy access to last files viewed, while Bookmarks allow for quick retrieval of frequently used documents and document searches.
  • Enhanced Viewing and Display Options - The Zoom and Rotate features allow text and images to be resized and manipulated. and data columns may be sorted, reordered. or resized.
  • Enhanced Print Options - Print documents, preview, resize and collate, and print single or multiple pages with automatic date and time stamp included.

ATP Navigator V has a range of tools to effectively track and manage a maintenance organizations regulatory information:

  • Instant Record Updates - Any modification made to the Profile automatically updates all Compliance records.
  • Easy AD Replication and Hiding - Duplicate ADS and hide non-applicable ADS to control display on-screen or on a printout.
  • Precise Search Results - Filters may be run on any Compliance Record field. and further refined by combining filters from more than one field.
  • Effortless Sorts and Filters - Search results may be sorted by any heading and/or default filter.
  • Easy Data Sharing - Profile and Compliance Record printouts may be exported to PDF, RTF. TXT, CSV, Word and Excel.
