Hartzell Appoints Segers Aviation Recommended Service Facility In Dubai

Specialists In Engine And Propeller Overhaul

Hartzell Propeller has named Segers Aviation SA as a Recommended Service Facility in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

The Segers Group of companies consists of specialists in engine and propeller overhaul, with other locations strategically situated in the U.S., U.K., South Africa and Singapore. Segers Group is the parent company of Proptech Portsmouth Ltd. in the U.K., which has been a Hartzell Recommended Service Facility for more than 20 years.

“Hartzell Propeller is very pleased to add another international propeller maintenance expert to our growing network of Recommended Service Facilities,” said company President Joe Brown. “Segers Aviation is able to draw on Proptech Portsmouth’s decades of propeller expertise and is located in one of the fastest growing free zones in the region.”

“Our Recommended Service Facility Network is held to rigorous standards, which in many cases significantly exceed those of the governing airworthiness authorities. Hartzell strongly encourages its customers to use a Hartzell Recommended Service Facility for propeller repairs and overhauls,” he added.

As a member of the network, Segers Aviation offers the highest-quality propeller overhaul and repair work available today, reflecting Hartzell’s strong customer commitment to quality and performance.

Segers Aviation in Dubai joins a network of Hartzell recommended service facilities located throughout the Americas, Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Malaysia. The network of affiliated facilities, with factory trained technicians and state of the art equipment, ensures that owners and operators of Hartzell propellers are only a short flight, or drive, away from the best Hartzell recommended propeller service in the industry.
