Cessna Appoints General Manager at New York Citation Service Center

Elia Dragone Rejoins Company Following Stint At JSSI

Cessna recently named Elia Dragone as general manager of its New York Citation Service Center.

Dragone rejoins Cessna after spending nearly three years managing the northeast territory for Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI), first on the sales side of the business and then in the service organization.

Prior to JSSI, Dragone spent nine years in sales and marketing at Cessna's New York facility. During that time he is credited with helping to triple the sales volume of the service center while leading personnel recruitment, managing the scheduling office and interacting with customers.

Dragone has more than 20 years of experience in aviation maintenance. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State College and an A&P license from Teterboro School of Aeronautics.

The New York Citation Service Center is part of Cessna's global network of company-owned service centers. Along with the company's authorized service centers, this group forms one of the most comprehensive business aircraft service networks in the world.

Cessna proudly notes it is consistently ranked near the top of the industry in third-party customer support surveys... one of the factors supporting Cessna's continued leadership in annual business jet deliveries.
