THE USF.S., TELEPHONE 928-635-2601, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. THE CEDAR CITY (CDC) AFSS,TELEPHONE 435-586-1525, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
