Executive Promotions At Mid-Continent And True Blue

Support For Expanding Global Market And Customer Demand

Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics announced promotions of four key executives within the company as well as its True Blue Power division to support the expansion of its global market and growing customer demand.

Matthew Harrah is the new President of Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power. He has over 25 years of aviation industry experience in leadership roles. He is an active pilot with an ATP certificate and is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He will continue to report to Todd Winter, CEO of Mid-Continent and True Blue.

Brett Williams becomes the new Senior Vice President of Engineering and Certification. He will lead new product development, program management, regulatory certification, and compliance initiatives. He has been with the company since 2004 and advanced from engineering manager to Director of Engineering, and most recently to Vice President of Engineering. He has over 27 years of industry experience and holds a BS in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in engineering management.

Van Winter has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He will drive company growth with in-depth market analysis and opportunity assessments. Winter joined the company in 2012 and advanced through contract administration, market development manager, and Vice President of Marketing and Aftermarket Sales. He holds a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Marissa Williams is the new Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics. She will oversee all areas of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and shipping and receiving. Her task is to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards to support development, manufacturing, and service requirements. She has been with the company since 1997 and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Friends University.

Matthew Harrah commented, “This is an exciting time of growth for our company. I’m confident that Brett, Van, and Marissa will continue to lead us toward great achievements. Their collective leadership brings with it the knowledge and expertise that is crucial to our future success.”
