International Women’s Air & Space Museum to Host Virtual Trivia Night

IWASM Is Located Inside The Burke Lakefront Airport

The International Women’s Air & Space Museum (IWASM) will host its first Virtual Trivia Night on May 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. EDT. This event is a culmination of the museum’s continuing efforts to serve its communities while travel is still limited. Participants do not need to be experts in aviation or aerospace, and those looking for a fun way to compete and learn are encouraged to register.

“We’re very excited to offer this new program for our community,” says Executive Director Sara Fisher. “The team and board at the museum are always looking for ways to bring history to life and directly to you. What better way than through trivia and a little friendly competition?”

Registration is required, and each participant will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the Zoom program. Registration is $15 for non-IWASM members, $12 for IWASM members.

The night will include first, second, and third place prizes, as well as a chance to win a special raffle basket. A donation of $1 will get the participant one raffle ticket for a chance to win a signed copy of Handprints on Hubble: An Astronaut’s Story of Invention by astronaut Dr. Kathy Sullivan.

The more dollars donated the more raffle tickets earned. Donations and entries can be made at the time of registration. Participants do not need to be experts in aviation or aerospace as this one-hour event will include fun tidbits of information for everyone.

The International Women’s Air & Space Museum is located inside the Burke Lakefront Airport at 1501 N Marginal Rd., Cleveland, OH. Its mission is to collect, preserve, and showcase the history and culture of women in all areas of aviation and aerospace; educate people of the world about their contributions; and inspire future generations by bringing their history to life. Exhibits are open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days per week. Museum offices and gift shop are open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or by appointment.
