NATA Announces Changes to Board of Directors For 2021

Clive Lowe, EVP of Atlantic Aviation Services, Elected As New Board Chairman

NATA announces Board of Directors leadership changes and the election of two new members.

Clive Lowe, Executive Vice President of Atlantic Aviation Services, was elected as the new board chairman. Clive’s home base is in Arlington, Virginia. Clive will take the helm from Curt Castagna, President & CEO of Aeroplex/Aerolease Group in Long Beach, CA, who will continue to serve as immediate past chair on NATA’s Executive Committee.

The new vice-chair is Joe Gibney, who is Chief Operating Officer of TAC Air in Dallas, Texas.

Jeff Ross, President and CEO of Ross Aviation headquartered in Denver, was elected to serve an additional term as past chair on NATA’s Executive Committee.

C.R. Sincock, II, President and CEO of Avflight Corporation in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Todd Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of Sheltair Aviation in Orlando, Florida, were elected to serve at-large.

“We all owe a debt of gratitude to Curt Castagna as he completes his second term as board chairman. As immediate past chair, Curt will continue to drive initiatives that build connections between aviation businesses and their communities,” stated NATA President and CEO Timothy Obitts. “Curt’s dedication to seeing the Association and its membership thrive despite great odds is commendable. We also thank Scott Owens of McClellan Jet Services for his dedication as he completes his board term.”

"C.R. Sincock and Todd Anderson join NATA’s Board of Directors at a crucial time for our industry," added Obitts. "NATA and its membership benefited greatly from the expertise and steady guidance of the board this past year as we faced so many unknowns. We look forward to Clive’s leadership as incoming chairman and the addition of C.R. and Todd as we continue to grow our membership and build on our achievements. Their commitment to the success of NATA and its members is greatly appreciated.”
