COVINA POLICE DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE 626-705-5671 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HAWTHORNE /HHR/ AFSS, 310-970-1341 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
