Source: US Airways CEO Doug Parker, in a memo to employees following the release of blood test results from his January 31 arrest on suspicion of drunk driving. Parker was arrested after leaving a company-sponsored golf tournament in Scottsdale, AZ. The arrest came hours after Parker pulled his airline's multi-billion bid to take over Delta Air Lines.
