Considered Leading FBO Provider At KSPI

Stellar Aviation Group recently acquired Horizon Aviation, located at the Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield, IL (KSPI). The company has been the leading FBO service provider at KSPI, according to a company news release.

The Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, under strong leadership and management, has grown its infrastructure and services throughout the last decade. The Airport currently provides extensive airline service and military support. Additionally, KSPI hosts a robust and growing GA and Corporate Aircraft community. Airport Director Mark Hanna states, “We are pleased to welcome Stellar Aviation to the Springfield community as they will bring a wealth of operational experience and innovation to our airport. With the Airport’s new GA terminal and hangar rehabilitation project on the horizon to house Stellar, Springfield’s infrastructure will be significantly enhanced to meet its growing visitors and business groups.
