Source: Steve Timm, vice president and general manager, Air Transport Systems for Rockwell Collins, commenting on the certification of their MultiScan ThreatTrack weather radar -- which is now flying on Boeing 777 aircraft. Taiwan-based EVA Air was the first airline to take delivery of and operate a new 777 equipped with the advanced airborne radar system.
