Williams holds an A&P/IA certification and has over 18 years of experience working with mechanical equipment and components on both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft platforms. He received his Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance from Texas State Technical College in 2000. In his role at FreeFlight Systems, Williams will be a key point of contact in the support department, responding to and resolving product inquiries and support requests.

Prior to joining FreeFlight Systems, Reid held sales and customer support positions with Aspen Avionics, BendixKing, Avidyne Corporation, and Avionics Technologies Inc. Reid will serve as regional sales manager at FreeFlight Systems, overseeing operations in the Western North America.
