Bell Helicopter’s Aeronautical Accessories Brand Expands Product Offerings

Heliwagon Makes Moving Aircraft On The Ground Easier

Bell Helicopter's Aeronautical Accessories brand has added Heliwagon remote control landing platforms to its rotorcraft parts and accessories portfolio. In an agreement reached this month, Aeronautical Accessories will offer three sizes of Heliwagon bases. In addition, options will be available for receded lights, customer logos, side steps and an additional remote.

The Heliwagon remote control landing platform offers a stable and safe landing surface option for light and mid-sized helicopters. The platform replaces the standard tug dolly and GPU to move the aircraft in and out of confined spaces or hangars. Heliwagon platforms are capable of making 360-degree turns, allowing the operator to maneuver the platform into the most advantageous takeoff or landing position in minutes.

“Heliwagon’s remote control landing dolly is a welcome addition to our list of ground support products,” said Jennifer Lunceford, manager, Sales for Aeronautical Accessories. “We are excited to add these time-saving and easy-to-use products to our catalog. By offering three Heliwagon base sizes and additional accessories, we will provide our customers the opportunity to customize the landing platforms to best meet their individual needs.”
