Description:  STATE OF FLORIDA 

FDC 4/9411 ZMA FLIGHT RESTRICTION STATE OF FLORIDA EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. HEAVY VOLUME OF LOW ALTITUDE DISASTER RELIEF ROTARY WING TRAFFIC AT NUMEROUS DISASTER LOCATIONS WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. PILOTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO AVOID NAVIGATING THROUGH AND/OR LOITERING WITHIN COMMON KNOWLEDGE DISASTER AREAS IN ORDER TO AVOID CAUSING INTERFERENCE WITH DISASTER RELIEF EFFORTS UNDERWAY FROM SURFACE UP TO 2,500 FEET AGL
