Aviation Safety Resources Adds Former SecNav to BoD

Mr. Spencer Was The 76th Secretary Of The Navy

Aviation Safety Resources, Inc., (ASR), has appointed Mr. Richard V. Spencer to its Board of Directors in conjunction with his recent investment into ASR.

“ASR is delighted to welcome Mr. Spencer to our board of directors," commented Larry Williams, President and CEO of the Company. "Mr. Spencer brings with him a wealth of industry operational experience. His experience strengthens ASR’s board. We look forward to working with Richard as we advance ASR towards more and more significant milestones.”

Mr. Richard V. Spencer, Board Member, was the 76th Secretary of the Navy. He was sworn into the office on August 3rd, 2017. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Fall Creek Management LLC which focuses on value enhancement of private companies through capital investment and advice.

He is a member of the board of the board of directors of Global Atlantic Financial Group, 86 Borders LLC, Inc., and Honoring Our Vets.

Mr. Dario Manfredi, ASR board chairman added, “We’re most pleased to welcome Richard to the ASR board. The entire ASR organization and our shareholders will benefit from Richards’s deep experience building companies, leading organizations and his strong emphasis on corporate culture and social responsibility.”
