THE SOUTHERN NATURAL GAS, TELEPHONE 478-456-6552, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ATLANTA /ZTL/ ARTCC, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
