Winnipeg Facility to Provide D-Level Part Repairs
Cadorath—a family-owned and operated aerospace concern specializing in the manufacture and repair of machined components for OEMs in the agricultural, aviation, and industrial sectors—announced that it has entered into Airbus Helicopters’ approved repair center network and will perform, henceforth, D-Level single part repairs in support of Airbus Helicopters dynamic component repair.

By so partnering with the European aircraft manufacturing consortium, Cadorath will provide Airbus customers the special processes upon which return to service of Airbus rotary-wing aircraft is predicated. In 2018, Cadorath undertook qualifying for the special processes that ensure the highest standards for the repair and overhaul of critical parts are attained and maintained. The process of qualification through which Cadorath successfully progressed guarantees Airbus Helicopters’ customers safe and competitively-priced repair and overhaul of dynamic components.
To repair a wider variety of parts, Cadorath will continue to test and present innovative technologies and processes. By partnering with Cadorath, Airbus Helicopters demonstrates its willingness to explore new and innovative processes by which to lower repair and overhaul costs and improve the availability of critical aircraft components to its customers.

Cadorath CEO David R. Haines stated: “Becoming part of the Airbus-approved repair network has been a collaboration of the incredible people at both Cadorath and Airbus. We are excited to bring our many decades of expertise in the performance of special processes and dynamic component repair to the Airbus community.”
Cadorath will continue to support light and intermediate Airbus helicopter models at its Winnipeg, Canada facilities. In the future, Cadorath plans to add capabilities by which the company will expand its services to support medium-twin and heavy Airbus Helicopter models.
Cadorath’s U.S. offices are located in Lafayette, Louisiana; Orion, Illinois; and Bettendorf, Iowa.
