ANN's Daily Aero-Linx (11.14.16)

Aero-Linx!

Scouring the information super airways can sometimes be a tough, if educational, task for the Aero-News staff... but it also allows us to check out some truly neat and exciting sites, so it's not that bad a gig. On any given day, we may check dozens (and often hundreds) of different sources for story ideas, and facts confirmation. And, as is the nature of our business, much of this is done on the Internet.

The ANN gang decided we probably shouldn't keep some of the neat sites, info resources, and organizations we've discovered to ourselves... so we decided to bring you Aero-Linx. These are the sites that WE check out -- when we need added perspective, a new spin on a day's topic... or just want to escape into cyber-aero-space for awhile.

Look for some of our favorite sites, coming each day to ANN via Aero-Linx. Suggestions for future Aero-Linx segments are always welcome, as well.

Aero Linx: Japan Business Aircraft Association (JBAA)

The Japan Business Aircraft Association (JBAA) was founded on 14th May 1996. Its objectives are to popularize the use of, and to promote reinforcement of the infrastructure of "Business Aviation" in Japan. In May. 2001 the association was reorganized under the name of "Japan Busines Aviation Association (JBAA), and then Apr.2003 was approved by Tokyo Metropolitan Government as "Not-for-profit" organization. In Jul. 2012 the association was restarted as a general incorporated association. Today, the demands of "Business Aviation" that wish to access to Tokyo or its metropolitan areas from abroad, especially from U.S.A., have been increasing rapidly. JBAA is very proud to be a member of the International Business Aviation Council(IBAC)and has important role to popularize the use ,and to promote safety of business aviation in Japan, and also to support the flight accesses for the business aviation from abroad to Japan.
