Wipaire has added two new members to its marketing and sales team. Clint E. Clouatre joined the company as Vice President of Marketing & Sales, overseeing all sales- and marketing-related functions. Steve Zuercher has been appointed as the sales representative for Wipaire services in the southeastern United States and Caribbean region and sales representative for Wipaire products in South America.

“Over the past few years, Wipaire has invested in its future through strategic hires in manufacturing, finance, and administration. It was clear that building a robust marketing and sales team was the next step,” stated Chuck Wiplinger, President and COO. “I’m excited that our search resulted in excellent additions to our marketing and sales team in Clint and Steve.”

“Wipaire’s history, family ownership and reputation for engineering excellence were important to me,” Clint added. “I’m eager to get hands-on in this new role and use my experience to give our current and future customers the best experience possible.”

Clint holds a master’s of business administration from Georgia Southern University as well as a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His experience spans over 35 years in the aviation industry including roles as a flight test engineer, sales engineer, product marketing director, and vice presidents of marketing and product strategy. Previously, Clint worked at innovative and industry-leading companies like Gulfstream, Eclipse Aviation, Embraer Executive Jets and Aerion Corporation. He brings brand development and management, digital and multimedia marketing, and analysis skills that will form the basis for an enhanced customer experience at Wipaire.

Steve Zuercher, based at Wipaire’s Leesburg, Florida service center, commented, “I’m looking forward to meeting our customers throughout the southeast United States, Caribbean, and South America, and introducing new customers to Wipaire’s quality products and services.”

Steve brings over 15 years of aviation sales experience, having held several positions with Cessna Aircraft Company. His specialties include the Caribbean and South American regions, with fluent Spanish and Portuguese language skills. Steve’s background with business development and international markets make him an excellent resource for Caribbean and South American customers.
