PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.143 TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO ROCKET LAUNCH ACTIVITY WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 329404N/1069066W 10,000 FT MSL AND BELOW. UP AEROSPACE, 720-596-4430, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ZAB/ ARTCC, PHONE 505-856-4500 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
