AAC Receives Maintenance And Refurbishment Contract For Boeing 757

Airplane To Be Flown As VIP Transportation For A Latin American Head of State

Associated Air Center (AAC), StandardAero’s Large Transport Category, VIP Completions Center in Dallas, Texas, has taken delivery of a Boeing 757-200ER for an undisclosed Latin American Head of State. The scope of work includes scheduled maintenance, cabin/cabin systems enhancements and communication upgrades, along with incorporating Service Bulletin (SB), Airworthiness Directives (AD) requirements.

“Having long-standing, repeat, Head of State (HOS) customers is a testimonial that our VIP customers choose to continue their relationship with Associated Air Center, trusting the safety and comfort of their passengers to our long-tenured team of experienced, trained and dedicated engineers, technicians  and craftsmen,” said Chris Schechter, Vice President & General Manager, Associated Air Center.

AAC initially completed this aircraft back in 1989 and has since completed more Boeing 757-200ER HOS/VIP interiors than any completion center in the world. AAC’s Love Field Hangar facility is capable of accommodating, fully enclosed, either two Boeing757 (with winglets) or three BBJ-type aircraft (also with winglets)

Associated Air Center provides world-class program management and ODA certification authority to keep airplane programs on schedule and provides industry-leading experience and warranty support after delivery. The company’s vertically-integrated, state of the art facility employs the most advanced engineering in the industry along with operational excellence and superior customer service from start to finish.
