FlightSafety Now Offers EASA-Qualified Gulfstream G500 Training In Savannah

Course Includes The Use Of Three New Advanced Graphical Flight-Deck Simulators

FlightSafety now offers EASA-qualified initial and recurrent training for Gulfstream G500 aircraft operators at its Learning Center in Savannah, Georgia.

“We are committed to provide Gulfstream G500 operators around the world with comprehensive training programs that meet their specific regulatory requirements,” said Dann Runik, Senior vice president, Operations. “We worked closely with Gulfstream to ensure that our EASA-qualified G500 training programs are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our Customers.”

FlightSafety also offers a wide variety of other EASA-qualified courses in addition to initial and recurrent training. These include the EASA License Skills Test, EASA License Proficiency Test, EASA Operators Proficiency Checks, and more.

In addition to two FlightSafety FS1000 full-motion simulators, the Gulfstream G500 type rating course includes the use of three new advanced Graphical Flight-deck simulators that have been qualified by EASA as Level 1 Flight Training Devices, and classrooms equipped with an interactive MATRIX cockpit. These new advanced technology training devices feature a visual system, HUD/EVS and sidestick controller designed to enhance scenario-based training.

FlightSafety has been the official factory authorized training organization for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation for more than four decades. Training for the complete line of Gulfstream aircraft is delivered by FlightSafety’s highly experienced and qualified instructors using close to 30 full-flight simulators as well as other advanced training devices and equipment. Training is available at FlightSafety Learning Centers in Dallas, Texas; Hong Kong; Long Beach, California; Savannah, Georgia; Wilmington, Delaware; and at the London Farnborough Airport in the United Kingdom.
