Daher Learning Center Opens With Optimism

Can Host 40 Students For Customized Technical Talent Development

Daher announced the opening of its brand new Daher Learning Center in Colomiers, near Toulouse, France. The facility comprises nearly 10,000 square feet and represents the company’s commitment to address the growing demand for skilled personnel in the aerospace industry.

The Center will contain a state-of-the-art technical workshop of about 7,000 sq ft, and is able to accommodate up to 40 students simultaneously. It will offer customized training in systems mechanics, assembly fitters, and cabin integrators. Programs ranging from several days or up to several months for career transition courses will be offered.

With this facility, Daher intends to bolster its leadership in industrial services and address the shortage of technical skills. Daher says its priority for employees and clients lies in skills acquisition and transferal. In 2024 the company trained 700 students and its goal for 2025 is to advance 1,300 trainees supported by this facility, which the company says positions it as a significant player in the effort to develop qualified skills in the aerospace industry.

Jérôme Leparoux, Secretary General and Human Resources Director at Daher said, “At Daher, we are fully committed to developing and preserving the essential skills within the aerospace sector.

"The Daher Learning Center is designed to meet our internal training needs for current and future roles, as well as those of our clients – taking into account their specific industrial challenges. This center is one of the pillars of our comprehensive training framework, covering all our activities – from aircraft manufacturing to industrial production, logistics, and industrial services – with teams working directly on our customers’ production lines.”
