PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AVALANCHE CONTROL. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDERDIRECTION OF STATE OF ALASKA DOT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 4000 FEET MSL FROM LIONS HEAD SOUTH TOWARDS BERNERS BAY (APPROX 5842N13538W) FROM SURFACE TO 4000 FEET MSL FOR AVALANCHE CONTROL. ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM 581609N/1342241W TO 581808N/1342213W TO 581654N/1341821W TO POINTOF BEGINNING. STATE OF ALASKA DOT, TELEPHONE 907-451-3047, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. JUNEAU AFSS /JNU/, TELEPHONE 907-586-7382, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
