CASA Urgent AD: Falcon 10 Wing Anti-Ice Hoses

SUBJECT: Falcon 10 Wing Anti-Ice Hoses
SUMMARY: This Directive is issued following the discovery of wing anti-ice flexible hoses found collapsed on an in-service Falcon 10. The hose has collapsed because of the internal ply separation of the flexible hose. The first analysis of this incident leads to define a temporary periodicity of inspection of 60 flights for this equipment. The consequence on the aircraft of these collapsed hoses might be insufficient anti-icing which is not detected by the system. Ice accretion on the wing might then occur and might jeopardize the aircraft flight performance and safety.
