EAA has announced that the 2015 EAA Aircraft Sweepstakes grand prize is a Piper J-3 Cub, meticulously restored by Ellis Clark, of Solvang, California. The lucky winning entry will be selected on September 30, 2015. A New York City Councilman has introduced a bill in the council that would ban nearly all UAV flights in the city ... possibly shutting commercial interests and hobbyists out altogether.
