ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CONSOLIDATION COAL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 371030N/0815537W OR THE BLUEFIELD /BLF/ VORTAC 260 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35.9 NAUTICAL MILES. CONSOLIDATION COAL, TELEPHONE 276-498-8271,IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 317-247-2242, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
