PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 603000N/1504000W OR THE KENAI /ENA/ VOR/DME 89 DEGREE RADIAL AT 17.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 603000N/1502000W OR THE KENAI /ENA/ VOR/DME 80 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 602000N/1502000W OR THE KENAI /ENA/ VOR/DME 98 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30.6 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 602000N/1504000W OR THE KENAI /ENA/ VOR/DME 112 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.0 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
