Another milestone has been reached in the A350 program as the first A350-1000 took off Thanksgiving morning for its maiden flight at Blagnac in Toulouse, France at 10.42 hrs local time. The A350-1000 is Airbus’ largest and most powerful twin-engined airliner ever. Dual Payload Launch Will Be Final Heavy-Lift Flight Of The Year For Arianespace

Arianespace’s year-ending heavy-lift flight of 2016 from the Spaceport will orbit two passengers based on the SSL 1300 relay platform built by Space Systems Loral (SSL), with the second of these spacecraft now delivered to French Guiana.
