Air Memphis Selects Pratt & Whitney's Engine Management Program

Five-Year Contract For Airlines' V2500 Engines

Air Memphis signed an exclusive five-year Engine Management Program agreement with Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners (GSP) for the airline's fleet of V2500 engines. The program provides expert analysis of engine operational data to monitor and forecast engine health and maintenance. Through the agreement, Pratt & Whitney's team of skilled engine performance analysts will leverage its web-based Advanced Diagnostics & Engine Management (ADEM) tools to help Air Memphis achieve superior reliability and lower maintenance costs throughout the lives of its engines.

"Pratt & Whitney's Engine Management Program will help us predict and reduce costs while improving the reliability of our fleet," said Air Memphis Chairman Hamdy M. Eisa. "The program will help optimize our engine maintenance schedules and improve our operational efficiency."
