ZHU FLIGHT RESTRICTION, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT. HELCOPTER AIR REFUELING BEING CONDUCTED IN SUPPORT OF JTF KATRINA OPERATIONS IN FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: TRIPLE BRIDGES TRACK 5 MILES EAST OF A LINE FROM HRV 015 RADIAL 16 DME TO HRV 027 RADIAL 34 DME; ALL REFUELING WILL BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 2500 MSL UP TO BUT NOT INCLUDING 4000 MSL. HELICOPTER AIR REFUELING INCLUDES HH-60 AND MH-53 HELICOPTERS CONNECTED TO HC-130P SEVERELY LIMITING MANUEVERING CAPABILITY. USE EXTREME CAUTION IN THIS AREA BECAUSE OF SLOW FLIGHT AND RANDOM REJOINS IN THE SPECIFIED AREA. THE HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 281-230-5560, THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
