Ten Air Charter Companies Join the CharterX Network

Air Charter Continues to Show Strong Growth

CharterX will announce at the National Business Aviation Association Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Reno, Nevada, that ten additional companies have joined the single largest air charter marketplace. The industry continues to embrace the web as the new communication medium for the collection and distribution of charter aircraft information.

Companies involved in the buying and selling of air charter or unscheduled air taxi services have developed unique requirements due to the high level of service they must to provide to their clients. They demand the latest information on airplane availability, positioning, scheduling and pricing. Via the Industry XChange, the only online air charter marketplace, CharterX delivers up-to-date data and sophisticated search & communication tools designed to give air charter industry professional the information that they need to conduct business. The CharterX network processes 40,000 trip requests each month, maintains current availability for more than 1,000 business jets worldwide and stores information on more than 1,000 empty legs on any give day.

The number of charter operators and brokers in the CharterX network continues to grow. Since the beginning of 2005, CharterX has welcomed ten new air charter companies to the network: Swift Aviation Group, JetRide (AirNet), Talon Aviation, Infinity Aviation, SkyTrek, IBC Airways, Volo Aviation, Scott Richard, North American Jet, and Kellie Carey Private Jet.

"It's an exciting time in the air charter industry. As new aircraft enter the market and new buyers and sellers join the market, the overall business of air charter is maturing such that being connected is vitally important," said Jim Betlyon, CharterX President. "An online system optimizing and matching air charter demand and supply is absolutely necessary for the industry to continue to thrive."

Robert Austin, Vice President of Charter Services adds, "AsJetRide (an AirNet Company, NYSE: ANS) continues to expand its private jet charter operations, we wanted to better attract retail clientele while reaching the professional industry buyer. CharterX provides the technology that enables us to deliver a positive experience to current and potential retail clients through our own website. The Industry XChange is the place savvy buyers go to locate JetRide's nationwide fleet."

Britt Morque, Manager of Business Development at Swift Aviation Group, said, "Swift Aviation Group takes pride in defining excellence in our operations as well as our relationships with our clients. CharterX provides us with the means to promote our aircraft and participate in the leading air charter marketplace."
