Flagship Food Group Takes To The Sky To Advance Business Objectives

NBAA Provides An Inside Look At The Denver-Based Food Company

Flagship Food Group and Eclipse Aerospace were featured in the March/April 2017 edition of NBAA's Business Aviation Insider. The article details how Flagship uses general aviation to advance its business and connect with its facilities and teams across the US, including frequent trips to its key locations in New Mexico, Colorado, and Idaho.

Flagship has a significant presence in Albuquerque, NM, home to Eclipse Aerospace, manufacturer of the aircraft Flagship uses for its business travels. As the maker of the 505 Southwestern line of authentic New Mexico salsas and sauces, Flagship depends on suppliers of Hatch Valley Green chiles and other ingredients from remote parts of the country, and business aviation has played a significant role in connecting Flagship with its customers and suppliers.

"We started in 2005 as a very small business, with one plant in L.A., and we had about 100 employees at that point," said Flagship CEO Rob Holland. "Today, we have 500 employees and 11 facilities. We've actually doubled in size, and aviation's been really key to that."
