Tecnam Aircraft Expands North American Sales And Support
Network
Tecnam North America has entered into an exclusive distribution
agreement with West Coast Sport Aircraft, Inc. to provide sales and
service support in California. The agreement expands support for
existing owners of Tecnam's light sport aircraft, and for new
P2006T light twin aircraft.
Located in the San Francisco Bay area, West Coast Sport Aircraft
has established a growing network of sales and services centers
throughout California and Washington state. “The goal is that
a Tecnam aircraft owner will never be more than a 2 hour flight
from a service center on the west coast.”, says Erin Hay,
director of sales. West Coast Sport Aircraft will provide warranty
and support services, arrange financing and leaseback
opportunities, and maintain a parts inventory for all Tecnam models
through it's ROTAX certified service centers and regional sales
agents.
Based at the Watsonville Municipal Airport (KWVI), West Coast
Sport Aircraft currently features the P92 Eaglet and P2002 Sierra,
and will have the new composite-fuselage P2008 LSA and the P2006T
light twin available this summer. “We are thrilled to
announce West Coast Sport Aircraft as our newest Authorized
Regional Distributor and Service Center covering the Western United
States”, says Ben Young, VP of business development for
Tecnam North America.
The Italian manufacturer Costruzioni Aeronautiche TECNAM
has more than 60 years experience and 2,500 aircraft flying
worldwide.
