New Firm Named In Search For Poberezny Successor

Is This The Next Chapter In Difficult Succession Effort?

ANN was informed late Monday that 'Counsel provided to the EAA by Korn/Ferry International culminated in the award of the global executive search engagement for the EAA's next President.'

The search will be led by senior client partners Clarke Havener and Lorraine Lavet, with additional aviation sector expertise provided by Dr. Boyd Falconer. "The EAA is an exemplary aviation organization, and one that has been part of aviation's pioneering fabric for decades. It is a genuine thrill for our team to lead this critical engagement for the EAA, especially for those of us with aviation fuel in our veins." said Dr. Falconer, a member of the firm's Global Aviation and Aerospace Group.

"Our team is honored to serve the EAA, and we will be drawing on our unmatched industry expertise and global network to find and assess outstanding candidates for our client."

Candidate enquiries are welcome, and should be directed to any member of the search team. Mr. Havener and Ms. Lavet are based in the Washington, DC and Virginia offices respectively. Dr. Falconer is based in the Chicago office of Korn/Ferry International.
