FDC 4/1497 ZAN AK.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS FAIRBANKS, ALASKA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER ADVISED. PURSANT TO FAR 91.137 (A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT. ACFT SEARCH AND RESCUE EFFORTS ARE IN PROGRESS. ONLY ACFT PARTICIPATING IN THE SEARCH AND RESCUE ACTIVITIES AND IS BEING OPERATED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF THE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES, OR ACFT CARRYING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, OR ACFT OPERATING ON AN ATC APPROVED IFR FLIGHT PLAN, OR ACFT CONDUCTING OPERATIONS DIRECTLY TO OR FROM AN AIRPORT WITHIN THE AREA AND THE OPERATION DOES NOT HAMPER OR ENDANGER RELEIF ACTIVITIES AND IS NOT CONDUCTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBSERVING THE RESCUE EFFORTS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5,000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 6443N14709W, OR FAI072022.
