APRIL 20-25, 2006 PURSUANT TO TITLE 14 CFR SECTION 99.7, SPECIAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS, ALL AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREA(S) UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY ATC IN CONSULTATION WITH THE DOMESTIC EVENTS NETWORK (DEN) OR MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: A. MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR AEROMEDICAL AIRCRAFT. B. KDTN ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES AUTHORIZED BY ATC. C. IFR OPERATIONS AUTHORIZED BY ATC. WITHIN A 5 NMR OF 323006N/0933945W OR THE EMG324007.0 UP TO AND INCLUDING 12000 FT MSL EFFECTIVE 0604201100 UTC (0600 LOCAL 04/20/06) UNTIL 0604251700 UTC (1200 LOCAL 04/25/06).
