CIT Aerospace Announces New Appointment

Susan Geitzenauer Comes From Petters Aviation

Global commercial finance company CIT Group announced Monday that Susan Geitzenauer has joined CIT Aerospace as Vice President, Transactions. Geitzenauer brings with her more than 17 years of experience in aviation documentation and transaction management. She will be based in Minneapolis, MN.

Prior to joining CIT Aerospace, Geitzenauer was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Petters Aviation, L.L.C., where she was responsible for the Airbus corporate jet re-sale program and oversaw the part 135 charter operation.

She also held positions with the law firm of Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A., as aviation transaction manager and International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) as manager of contract administration.

CIT Aerospace serves more than 100 customers in nearly 50 countries. CIT owns or finances a fleet of approximately 300 commercial aircraft.
