PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREA: 312639N/1102357W 312631N/1101140W 312040N/1101146W 312049N/1102401W 312639N/1102357W AND THE NOGALES VORTAC /OLS/ 074 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.1 NAUTICAL MILES TO DOUGLAS VORTAC /DUG/ 254 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30.4 NAUTICAL MILES TO DOUGLAS VORTAC /DUG/ 243 DEGREE RADIAL AT 31.4 NAUTICAL MILES TO NOGALES VORTAC /OLS/ 088 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.3 NAUTICAL MILES TO NOGALES VORTAC /OLS/ 074 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.1 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 13000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR A FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
